My journey in sport began on the football field at age five - and it’s shaped everything I do today. After dealing with my own injuries, I became fascinated with the process of recovery and performance - how the body adapts, rebuilds, and gets stronger. That curiosity led me to Physiotherapy.

I completed my
Bachelor of Physiotherapy at Griffith University, receiving the Griffith Award for Academic Excellence each year of study. Since then, I’ve worked across private practice and sport, treating athletes from grassroots to elite level. Before founding Arcpoint Performance in 2024, I was a Senior Physiotherapist at a leading Gold Coast clinic.

These days, I split my time between the clinic, the field, and my own training - running marathons, playing recreational football, and strength training. My focus remains the same: helping athletes return to play stronger, more confident, and more resilient than before.

  1. Bachelor of Physiotherapy from Griffith University
  2. Western Acupuncture and Dry Needling
  3. Australian Strength and Conditioning Level 1
  4. Running Biomechanics / Optimising Running Mechanics
  5. Jumping and Landing Biomechanics / Screening
